Deathstroke
Description
Deathstroke is one of DC Comics' most formidable mercenaries and assassins, created by Marv Wolfman and George Perez and first appearing in The New Teen Titans #2 in 1980. Slade Wilson is a former soldier who underwent a military experiment that enhanced his physical capabilities, granting him superhuman strength, speed, a rapid healing factor, and extraordinary tactical skill. Originally introduced as an adversary of the Teen Titans, his relationship with them is complicated by personal history and a longstanding code of professional conduct. He has since become one of DC's most widely recognized villain figures.
