Biography
Satoru Noda is a Japanese manga artist from Hokkaido best known for Golden Kamuy, a survival thriller set in early 20th-century Hokkaido serialized in Weekly Young Jump from 2014 to 2022. The series won the 2016 Manga Taisho and the 2018 Tezuka Osamu Cultural Prize. Noda debuted in 2003 after working as an assistant to manga artist Mitsurou Kubo.
