Description
Launched during DC's 1977 expansion, DC Special Series was a rotating anthology dedicating each issue to a different character, including Batman, Deadman, and the New Gods. The series survived the subsequent DC Implosion and ran through 1981, closing with a Batman and Incredible Hulk crossover.
