Description

A 2004 DC Batman crossover beginning in Batman: 12 Cent Adventure and running across the Bat-titles. Stephanie Brown executes one of Batman's old contingency plans, hoping to manipulate Gotham's gangs, but the plan spirals into a full-scale street war.
