Description

The perpetrator and former Arkham Asylum inmate who was sent to Arkham after killing his mother. He used to be confined next to Joker's cell. Stroud has taken a page out of the Joker's playbook in his latest crime. The Joker has influenced Stroud during his incarceration and gave him an idea - to kidnap a little girl. Later, Stroud was found hanged in his cell.
