Biography
Harold Sakuishi is a Japanese manga artist from Aichi Prefecture whose series Beck: Mongolian Chop Squad, serialized in Monthly Shonen Magazine from 1999 to 2008, brought him widespread recognition. The music-themed coming-of-age series won the 26th Kodansha Manga Award and was adapted into an anime. His other works include the baseball series Stopper Busujima and Seven Shakespeares.
