Description
Animal Man centers on Buddy Baker, a superhero with the ability to borrow the powers of any nearby animal. Grant Morrison wrote the first 26 issues, using the character to explore animal rights and meta-fictional storytelling. Later writers included Peter Milligan, Tom Veitch, and Jamie Delano, with the title joining the Vertigo imprint from issue #57.
