Mike Hawthorne

Mike Hawthorne started his career as a self-publisher with Thinktank Comics. He gained significant recognition for his work on Matt Wagner's Grendel: Red, White, and Black. Over the years, he has collaborated with nearly every major comic publisher in the U.S. and has had his work distributed internationally. He received an Eisner Award nomination for his contributions to Queen & Country alongside Greg Rucka and a Harvey Award nomination for his limited series Umbra with Steve Murphy. Originally from New York, he now resides in central Pennsylvania with his family.
