An infestation of Cuckoo Faeries has spread through the nurseries of Arkham, Oregon, with the creatures replacing infants and feeding on unsuspecting parents. Dr. Morrow is called to contain the outbreak, though his enthusiasm for the assignment is notably limited. Eric Gast and Penny Dreadful join the investigation as the team works through the biology of the changeling phenomenon using the same methodical approach applied to any parasitic condition.
