Description

Ark M sells itself to Gotham as redemption for the city's most discarded people, a clean alternative to Arkham and Blackgate. Batman has reasons to doubt that story, and the more he learns about what happens inside Ark M, the worse those reasons get. A new figure rises out of the facility's deepest projects, and his name is Bane.
