Description
Batman loses his cape, which bears his secret identity, on a windy day in Gotham. He relies on his deductive skills to locate the missing cape and outmaneuver criminals who could exploit the revelation. The story centers on Batman's determination to recover his gear before the dangerous identity exposure becomes permanent.
