Description

Perfect Storm is a Flash storyline by Joshua Williamson in which Gorilla Grodd, empowered by the Speed Force, threatens to devastate Central City. Barry Allen must confront Grodd while managing the volatile new speedsters created by the earlier Speed Force storm.
