Invincible Ed

Animator Ryan Woodward's Invincible Ed franchise at Dark Horse Comics, gathering the 2003-2004 four-issue miniseries and its 2004 hardcover collected edition. Ed is a regular Chesterton High student who is mistakenly chosen by the alien Council of Galaxies to receive a cosmic gift the envoy Nod calls the Right.

The gift turns out to be a body that no longer registers pain like everyone else's, with no other powers attached. Ed's classmate Lance Lundgrin spends the run trying to claim the role for himself.
