Description

The Gauntlet turns Peter Parker against himself. As a newspaperman he has spent his life defending the free press. As Spider-Man he needs to bury a story, because what the city is about to learn regarding the new Vulture could set the whole place alight. Electro has broken the Vulture out, the man wants revenge on whoever made him a monster, and a rumor is spreading about who that was. Mark Waid and Paul Azaceta put Spidey and Peter on opposite sides of the same deadline.
