Dollhouse: Epitaphs #1 picks up after the Rossum Corporation's mind-altering technology has gone global. Alpha, the unstable test subject who eventually broke under the weight of every imprint Rossum dropped into him, is left as one of the few people aware of what happened.

A small band of survivors begins to gather around him in the ruined city. Andrew Chambliss, Maurissa Tancharoen, and Jed Whedon kick off the five-issue follow-up to the prologue.
