The Ultron Initiative

The opening arc of Brian Michael Bendis and Frank Cho's Mighty Avengers, published in 2007 across issues #1-6. Following Civil War, Iron Man assembles a new government-sanctioned Avengers team just as Ultron resurfaces, having assimilated Tony Stark's technology and transformed into a female form resembling Janet Van Dyne. The story features the new roster battling one of the team's most dangerous recurring foes.
