Description

A patient chooses Dr. Shirabayashi's hospital over Black Jack's, convinced Shirabayashi is morally superior. An assassin targeting the patient — unaware of the switch — assaults Black Jack instead and shoots Pinoko. The whole chain of harm traces back to Shirabayashi.
