Description

A 1998-1999 Batman prelude arc depicting the series of catastrophic events that led to Gotham City being declared a federal no man's land. Includes the Cataclysm earthquake, the Contagion virus outbreak, and the government's decision to abandon the city, setting up the year-long No Man's Land crossover.
