Description

A lethal epidemic spreading through Africa—blackening and hardening patients' stomachs—is named "Black Jack Disease" by a local doctor who assumes the name will compel Black Jack to find a cure. Stung by the implication, Black Jack has no choice but to confront the outbreak.
