"Black Jack" Ningyō to Keikan

A traffic officer develops a quiet attachment to a traffic-control mannequin — seeing himself in its lonely vigil. When thugs vandalize it, he pursues them, is struck by a car, and suffers a brain injury. Black Jack treats both the officer and the broken mannequin.
