"Black Jack" Yakekogeta Ningyō

The car carrying a yakuza boss and his son is bombed by a rival gang. To save the son, who has burns over his entire body, Black Jack performs a skin transplant using the father's skin — a surgery the hospital's staff refused out of fear of retaliation.
