A classic 1978 Judge Dredd storyline from 2000 AD featuring the tyrannical reign of the insane Judge Cal. When Cal seizes control of Mega-City One's Justice Department and declares himself Chief Judge, Dredd leads a resistance against his increasingly deranged dictatorship.
