The King Of The Jungle
Description
The Penguin assembles a crew of wanted fugitives aboard a train, proposing a scheme to collect their bounties from law enforcement before breaking them free. Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson happen to be traveling the same route when the plan is set in motion.
