Description
Doctor Menace, a plastic surgeon in Hollywood, gives aging actor James Trevor a surgically altered rubber face and threatens to leave him disfigured unless he exploits his celebrity connections for crime. Clark Kent and Lois Lane follow the story to California, where Superman confronts the scheme.
