Captain Cold
Description
Leonard Snart is Captain Cold, a career criminal who wields a cold gun capable of generating intense cold and became the primary adversary of The Flash and leader of the Rogues, first appearing in Showcase #8 in June 1957. Created by John Broome and Carmine Infantino, he acquired a technologically advanced cold gun from a laboratory he was robbing and built a criminal enterprise around its use. He has appeared as a recurring Flash villain and occasional antihero across decades of DC Comics publications.
